My research focuses on the neural mechanisms underlying numerical cognition and arithmetic processing. Using structural (e.g., DTI) and functional neuroimaging techniques (e.g., fMRI, resting-state fMRI), I investigate how the brain represents numerical information. I am particularly interested in how individual differences in mathematics anxiety and training influence the neural networks that support numerical abilities.
